Kids Free for summer - Valid at all Palace Resorts, except Aventura Spa Palace. Valid for all arrivals starting June 1, 2005 thru August 31, 2005 (Reservations with overlapping dates do not qualify for this promotion)

Promotion is ONLY valid for Kids 12 yrs and under and sharing a room with an adult. Kids 13-17 yrs old still pay the Child's rate. Children ages MUST be notified in the reservation, otherwise our reservations staff will not be able to code the reservation correctly.

Golf Information - Sun Palace Hotel Cancun

Clients booked in the Run of House Golf room category or the Superior Deluxe Golf room category will receive unlimited green fees at the Golf Club at Playacar, and the Golf Club at Moon Palace, round trip transfers to the golf course, snacks, beverages and a shared golf cart. Some restrictions apply and tee times are based upon availability.

Golf clubs are not included in the price but are available to rent for approximately $30 USD, payable to the golf course directly. Both golf courses also have bag storage available. Golf balls are available for a fee payable to the golf courses directly.

Guests can request tee times up tp 30 days through teetimes@palaceresorts.com.

Gratuities at the golf course are not included.

Golf Course Amenities - Sun Palace Hotel Cancun

Club House: The Club House is a covered palapa style structure with uncovered terraces overlooking the golf course. The Club House contains a pro-shop, and air conditioned snack bar.

Pro-Shop: A full service pro-shop stocked with name brand equipment and a professional staff ready to help with tee times, group outings, lessons and merchandise.

Snack Bar: An air-conditioned snack bar open from 6:00am till dark, providing breakfast, lunch and of course, the 19th hole beverages.

Practice Area: Complete practice facility, including a driving range, chipping and putting greens and a green side bunker.

Starting Dec 24 through Dec 23, 2005, golf packages will include the following:

• One round of golf daily per person
• Snacks and beverages
• Shared cart
• Transportation to and from the courses

Golf packages will continue to be valid at both golf courses, the Golf Club at Moon Palace and the Golf Club at Playacar. Tee times can only be reserved thirty (30) days prior to client's arrival and can be arranged at tee-times@palaceresorts.com or by fax at 52-998-881-6089 or 6090. The Golf Package rate applies to ALL guests sharing the same room.  It cannot be sold separately

Run of House

Bedding - 1 king or 2 doubles

Occupancy limits - Maximum 4 adults, 2 children, 4 total

Maximum of 2 children through the age of 12 stay free in existing bedding with at least 2 adults.

Maximum of 2 children through the age of 3 stay free in existing bedding with at least 2 adults.   Children ages 4 - 12 are surcharged.

Maximum of 2 children through the age of 3 stay free in existing bedding with at least 2 adults. Children ages 4 - 17 are surcharged.

All rooms are ocean view with a private terrace, or balcony and small sitting area.

Rooms include: individual climate control, television with satellite antenna and remote control, purified water system, coffee maker, full length mirrors, built-in hair dryer, in-room safety deposit box, turn down service, fresh flowers, petit-fours, domestic champagne upon arrival, use of bath robes, and a whirlpool bathtub.

Run of House Golf

• Room category includes all of the same amenities as the Run of House room category with the addition of unlimited green fees, round trip transfers to the golf course, snacks, beverages and golf cart. Superior Deluxe

Bedding - 1 king size bed

Occupancy limits - Maximum 2 adults, 0 children, 2 total

No children of any age are allowed in the Superior Deluxe category.

Plush accommodations, ocean view, Grecian style in-room Jacuzzi for two, telephone with direct dial long distance, 25 inch television with satellite antenna and remote control, computer-controlled air conditioning system, built-in hair dryer, smoke detectors, safety deposit box, purified water system, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, turn down service, fresh flowers, petit-fours, domestic champagne upon arrival, use of bath robes, bathroom with marble tile shower. The Superior Deluxe rooms do not include a balcony or private terrace.

Superior Deluxe Golf

• Room category includes all of the same amenities as the Superior Deluxe room category with the addition of unlimited green fees, round trip transfers to the golf course, snacks, beverages and golf cart.
