Healthy from head to toe.
OK, so being on a cruise is about treating yourself right. Step
One, of course, means giving your body what it wants - like that
cheesecake you so richly deserve. Your next step is into the
ShipShape fitness center on the Sun Deck for an invigorating
workout. Step Three is relaxing with a professional massage at the
Spa. The fourth and final level is making an appointment at the
Beauty Salon or treaty yourself to a facial (you too, men). Repeat
steps one through four. |

Jogging
Track |
 |
 |
If you'd rather exercise out in the salty air than
on a treadmill, then take advantage of the jogging and walking
track on the Promenade Deck.. The area features both wooden and
rubber padded sections |
 |
The highlight of the sports area is a moveable
putting course, where Golf Ahoy! participants can practice between
ports. Deck games including ping-pong, foosball, ring toss, and
shuffleboard are available. |
