DAY 1:  NEW YORK"
Fly to Newark for a four-night stay at the Crowne Plaza Meadowlands Hotel,
a short distance from Manhattan.

DAY 2 - 4:  NEW YORK
Welcome to all the amazing sights in the "Big Apple".  Tour the Empire
State Building, Wall Street, Ground Zero and have dinner in Greenwich
Village.  Visit the Metropolitan Museum of Art and see a top Broadway
Show followed by a dinner cruise around New York harbor.

DAY 5:  HUDSON VALLEY
Travel north to visit the famed Culinary Institute of American with its
150 - acre campus on the banks of the Hudson River.  Enjoy a 
three-course luncheon and student-guided tour.  Your hotel for the
next two nights in Poughkeepsie will be the Holiday Inn Express.

DAY 6:  VANDERBILT MANSION / FDR HOME
Tour the 50-room gilded-age Vanderbilt mansion and visit the home
and library of Franklin Roosevelt.  A Farewell Dinner is included at

DAY 7:  HUDSON RIVER CRUISE / WEST POINT
this morning you'll have a scenic sightseeing cruise on the
Hudson river followed by a visit to West Point Military Academy
