Do I get a discount if I don’t drink alcoholic beverages?
No. The reality is that the client who spends the whole day at the bar
cost the resort very little money in real dollars. The raw cost of alcohol in duty
free destinations is not very expensive. All exotic alcoholic drinks are available
without the alcohol. (Example “Virgin Piná Colada” is made without the Rum).
The client who does not drink alcohol is more likely to use more of the resorts activities and services, which cost the resort more to provide than alcohol.
(No, they don’t charge less if you do drink!)

Family oriented all inclusive vacation resorts provide vacations with activities tailored for the whole family. A family resort hotel features entertainment, activities, dining, and excursions for
every family member. Many all inclusive family resorts include children’s clubs and activities targeted to different age groups from infant to teenager. These resort hotels are found in Mexico and throughout the Caribbean islands.

Some all inclusive resorts for the family provide vacation nannies, supervised day-care, and/or babysitting. Others have a teen disco. Children stay free at some resort hotels. Other resorts offer a deep discount for children. Some resorts allow up to 3 children and 2 adults in a room. Some all inclusive family resort hotels have adult-only restaurants, children-only and adult-only pools, and water parks.

Adult-only all inclusive vacation resorts have age restrictions and provide vacations with activities tailored just for adults. An adult resort hotel features entertainment, dining, and excursions to provide adults with a memorable vacation experience. All-inclusive adult resorts that are restricted to adults only include: Couples, Sandals, El Dorado,

couples. Others are open to all adults, but age restrictions differ by hotel.

Adult oriented all inclusive resorts provide facilities and services tailored to adults and attract mainly adults. However, since there are no age restrictions anyone is welcome. Any all inclusive hotel that is primarily for adults but has no age restrictions is identified as “adult oriented”.

Couples-only all inclusive resorts provide an intimate setting for a relaxing adult vacation. These
resort hotels are restricted to traditional male/female couples. Once I arrive at my destination how do I get to the resort?
All of the packages we offer include transfers to and from the airport. Once you have cleared customs at the airport you will proceed to the lobby area where a representative for your resort will greet you. That person will lead you to the shuttle bus that will take you to your resort.

How SuperClubs defines "all-inclusive"
Accommodations, all meals including late-night snacks, all drinks (from soft drinks to premium brands), entertainment, land and watersports, including instruction and equipment. Some SuperClubs resorts include golf at their own private PGA-quality championship golf course. Also hotel taxes and airport transfers. There is a no-tipping policy.
SuperClubs Guaranteed Getaways Policies
1. No Hurricane Guarantee: Should a hurricane strike the resort, guests will receive a reimbursement for the total value of the disrupted nights. In addition, a voucher for a future stay will be issued for the same number of disrupted nights good for use during the same month the following year, excluding airfare.
2. Jamaica Sunshine Guarantee: If the sun should refuse to show its face on any day during a Jamaican SuperClubs holiday, the client will receive a voucher equal to that day's value, good for one year towards another SuperClubs vacation.
SuperClubs Weddings and Honeymoons
Honeymooners may receive a one-category room upgrade (based on availability at time of check-in), an iced bottle of champagne in their room, and a free seventh night if six nights are booked.
With the purchase of a honeymoon stay of at least three nights, the wedding is free. That includes minister, marriage license, champagne, wedding cake, flowers, music, and best man, maid of honor, and witness, as needed.
Otherwise, wedding packages are available for a supplemental fee, and include services of resident wedding coordinator, minister's fees, wedding cake, flowers, marriage license, wine, plus manicure and pedicure for the bride, and body massage for the groom.
