What is Gold Anchor Service?

It's how we make your cruise adventure even more memorable. One thing that keeps our guests coming back again and again is our friendly and personal service. Maybe it's a server who remembers the name of your daughter's teddy bear. Or the bartender who remembers the extra olive. Or perhaps the housekeeper who reminds you of your dinner reservation time. Our unique style of service will enhance every aspect of your cruise. No matter where you are - the pool, the dining room, the spa or your room - get ready to be wowed! And we deliver it 24 hours a day. This is way beyond normal service.
 This is Gold Anchor Service.

Royal Caribbean is distinguished by the Royal Advantage: Gold Anchor Service, energizing onboard and shore side adventures, the most amazing and innovative ships, and remarkable destinations all over the world. Whether it's a 3-night getaway, a longer 14-night vacation, or something in between, Royal Caribbean provides an amazing vacation experience.
Special Programs:

Gold Anchor Service: From the captain who pilots the ship to the wine steward at your table and the spinning instructor at the spa, they have a commitment to service that their guests invariably marvel at. It's called Gold Anchor Service. And if you get the impression the entire crew is concerned with giving you the best cruise possible, then you've got the right impression.

Past Guest Program: The Crown & Anchor Society is their way of recognizing their most loyal guests and rewarding them with exciting benefits to make their cruise experience even more enjoyable. There are three membership levels in the Crown & Anchor Society: Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The benefits increase with each level!

Traveling With Kids :

Royal Caribbean Cruise Line has one of the best kids programs at sea and it's one of the reasons more kids are sailing with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line! The Adventure Ocean Youth Program offers kids aged 3 to 17 many exciting adventures. An Alaskan frontier theme night and a trip to the Alaska State Fair are just a few of the fun activities planned for kids. Youth ages 3-11 years will learn about the Alaskan culture by creating Kwakiutl Sun masks and Eskimo oil lamps as part of the Adventure Art by Crayola program. Knowing that different ages have different interests, they've divided this supervised program into five age groups: ages 3-5, 6-8, 9-11, 12-14 and 15-17. It's the perfect opportunity for kids to have fun with kids their own age and for parents to grab some time alone.
